1Acceptance of Terms

2Membership Eligibility

3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Rezeki88 account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — even under different identities, email addresses, phone numbers, or devices — are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these Terms.

Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Full name as per your identity card (MyKad)
• A valid Malaysian identity card number
• Exact date of birth
• An active, reachable email address
• A valid Malaysian mobile number

Rezeki88 reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity verification (KYC) purposes at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within 7 days may result in account suspension until the verification process is completed.

4Deposit & Payments

Rezeki88 only accepts deposits via approved payment methods. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5Withdrawals

Winnings may be withdrawn to a Malaysian bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Accounts must have completed full KYC verification before the first withdrawal can be approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• The maximum withdrawal limit is RM20,000 per day for standard accounts.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds requires the applicable wagering requirements to be fulfilled.
• Rezeki88 reserves the right to request additional information before processing any withdrawal exceeding RM5,000.

6Bonus & Promotions

Rezeki88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own specific terms listed on the Promotions page. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal is permitted.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
• Rezeki88 reserves the right to void bonuses if bonus abuse or fraud is suspected.
• Bonus value cannot be directly converted to cash.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on Rezeki88 are subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under specified circumstances (e.g., an obvious odds error).
• Rezeki88 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a technical error or clearly incorrect odds.
• Bets placed on matches affected by confirmed match-fixing will be voided and stakes refunded.
• In-play betting is subject to connection availability and real-time market suspensions.
• In the event of a dispute over a betting outcome, Rezeki88's decision is final.
• Parlay bets are only valid if all legs meet the specified betting requirements.

Match Results

Match results are based on official outcomes announced by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., Liga Super Malaysia, FA Malaysia, EPL). Extra time and penalties are included in applicable markets, while regular-time markets exclude extra time unless otherwise stated.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Rezeki88 platform and may result in immediate account termination:

• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or manipulate the platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to abuse the bonus system through unauthorised means, including registering multiple accounts.
• Money Laundering: Using the Rezeki88 platform as a channel for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Market Manipulation: Placing bets strategically to manipulate odds or market outcomes.
• False Information: Providing false registration information or concealing your true identity.
• Shared Accounts: Sharing your account with another person or allowing others to access your account.
• Threats or Harassment: Threatening or harassing Rezeki88 staff or other users.

9Account Termination

Rezeki88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Termination by User

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the Rezeki88 support team. All active wagering requirements must be fulfilled prior to closure. Any remaining balance (excluding active bonuses) will be refunded to the user via the original payment method once the verification process is complete.

In the event of account termination due to a breach of these Terms, Rezeki88 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account, including any pending withdrawals. Affected users may submit an appeal by email within 30 days of the termination date.

10Liability Limits

Rezeki88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from:

• Service disruptions resulting from scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Betting outcomes that do not match the user's expectations.
• Losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the user during registration.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own failure to keep their password confidential.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by the user's bank or third-party payment providers.

Rezeki88's maximum aggregate liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 12 months preceding the relevant incident.

11Privacy & Personal Data

Your personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Rezeki88 platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
